The flat is a perfect place for a family stay of 2 adults and up to 3 children for a few days.

The walk to the main station is only about 8 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the tram. From there, both the airport and exhibition center can be reached in a short time by public transport.

You also have the opportunity to rent a car directly in the main station.

Rent per month 1.250,00 Euro (at least 3 month rental period). Short time and  rental during Düsseldorf trade show times on request.

The following cancellation fees are due in case of cancellation:

to 8 days before departure: 50% of rental
from 7 days before departure: 100% of rental

The cancellation fee should the landlord's property for the period booked new rent
shall relieve; equally proportionate allocations are considered.
The owner is obliged to keep the damage to a cancellation as low as possible.
