The special charm of this 40 square meter two - bedroom apartments located unequivocally in the beautiful location on the outskirts of Düsseldorf in Erkrath-Hochdahl overlooking the green on the nature reserve Bruchhausen.

Who conveniently but want to stay away from the big city hustle and bustle and relax and rest after a busy day looking, will feel comfortable here.

With the S-Bahn (subway) from Hochdahl station and Düsseldorf Central Station can be reached in about 15 minutes.

From there you get to the fair or the Düsseldorf airport in 15 minutes. By car it has good transport links via the interchange Hilden on the A3/A46.

The apartment has a spacious, high-quality equipped living-dining area, a separate sleeping room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom is modern renovated. Upon request we offer a weekly cleaning service .

The equipment includes :

- A queen size bed 140 cm x 200 cm (suitable for 2 people)
- A folding couch
- A bathroom with shower
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher
- Coffee maker, kettle
- washing machine, iron / ironing board
- Linen and Towels

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons for the country term rentals.

For shorter stays, an occupancy up to 3 persons is possible.

Please note that all our apartments are of non-smoking type. When we find that guests have smoked, we will have to have the apartment and its equipment specially and expensively cleaned. Unfortunately we will have to charge the additional cleaning cost to our guest, which may rise up to 1000 Euros.

Rent per month 980,00 Euro (at least 6 months rental period).

The following cancellation fees are due in case of cancellation:

to 8 days before departure: 50% of rental
from 7 days before departure: 100% of rental

The cancellation fee should the landlord's property for the period booked new rent
shall relieve; equally proportionate allocations are considered.
The owner is obliged to keep the damage to a cancellation as low as possible.
