The trade show apartment is located in Düsseldorf's 'IN' quarter 'Pempelfort', close to downtown Düsseldorf.

In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your meals. There is an oven, a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and, of course, an iron and ironing board available.

The apartment is furnished with a king size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). It is possible to stay in this apartment with up to two persons.

The bathroom has modern glass-cabin shower tub.

Pempelfort offers several restaurants and popular clubs. A 15 minute walk takes you to famous Old Town and the city center for shopping.

New in 2015: TV 40 inches, with NETFLIX we can provide a selection of movies and series, wide bed 160 cm (king size bed).

Rent per month 999,00 Euro (at least 6 month rental period).

The following cancellation fees are due in case of cancellation:

to 8 days before departure: 50% of rental
from 7 days before departure: 100% of rental

The cancellation fee should the landlord's property for the period booked new rent
shall relieve; equally proportionate allocations are considered.
The owner is obliged to keep the damage to a cancellation as low as possible.
